In our last newsletter, we introduced you to the Contract Management System (CMS): the future customer portal that will replace the SharePoint. The new portal will include:
- Functionalities for end-to-end management of your Services Requests
- A shared area to store operational and technical documentation
- Thread features to enable direct communication with the Airbus CyberSecurity team
What is the current status of the CMS?
The first release is now fully developed and undergoing end-to-end internal operational tests using real data to assess its usability. A few weeks ago, some users from the General Secretariat (GSC) received remote training regarding the customer portal.
Migration of data from our SharePoint portal is ongoing, enabling visibility of previous Service Requests.
What's next?
In light of the recent developments, we estimate that the CMS could be released within the coming weeks - although we want to avoid launching a new tool at the busiest period of the year.
Therefore, we are currently planning a Go Live launch in January 2022.
